Kernel – This monitor returns the percentage of time used by the operating system kernel on behalf of the server.User – This monitor returns the percentage of time used by the server itself, not counting operating system time and kernel time.For machines with more processors, the number may fall short in representing the actual server load. For machines with up to 4 CPUs, these statistics provide an accurate guide to the server processing load. Returns the overall use of system processor time.
